Naver held its 24th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the 22nd at the Green Factory located in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.

At the 24th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, all agenda items, including ▲approval of the 2022 financial statements ▲appointment of Byeon Dae-gyu as an outside director ▲approval of the director remuneration limit, were passed.

Choi Soo-yeon, CEO of Naver, stated at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, “Despite the global economic uncertainties, we will prove Naver’s global competitiveness through steady growth of existing businesses and pioneering new markets,” and added, “Throughout this year, Team Naver promises to do its best to enhance shareholder value.”
