MobiDays is showing strong performance. The news that Google has launched 'Bard,' a rival to ChatGPT, has highlighted MobiDays' selection as a Google Premier Partner, which is interpreted as the reason for its rise.
As of 10:31 AM on the 22nd, MobiDays is trading at 1,037 KRW, up 2.98% compared to the previous day.
The day before, Google announced the launch of Bard, a conversational AI. Bard is a competitor to ChatGPT, which has gained worldwide popularity by asking and answering like a human. On the same day, Google stated on its blog that Bard would be opened to some users in the United States and the United Kingdom. This comes a month and a half after the announcement of Bard's launch on the 6th of last month.
With Google's launch of Bard, competition in AI chatbots with Microsoft (MS) is expected to intensify. Google plans to integrate generative AI into all its major products, including YouTube, in addition to its search service.
Microsoft, backed by ChatGPT developer OpenAI, previously launched a new search engine called 'Bing' and announced plans to incorporate generative AI into Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Meanwhile, MobiDays is known to have been selected as the winner in the 'Global Growth' category among six categories at the Google Premier Partner Awards, held annually for Google's top Premier Partners.
