WiseAiTech is showing strong performance. A securities firm's analysis report stating that the company is undervalued compared to the average of the domestic software sector appears to have influenced the stock price.
At 9:37 AM on the 22nd, WiseAiTech was trading at 22,100 KRW, up 20.44% from the previous day.
Eugene Investment & Securities analyzed that WiseAiTech, having launched the country's first artificial intelligence (AI) development platform, is experiencing rapid growth in its performance.
Jongseon Park, a researcher at Eugene Investment & Securities, explained, "The domestic AI market is expected to grow at an average annual rate of 16% until 2025," adding, "WiseAiTech's AI platform sales increased from 1.4 billion KRW in 2019 to 12.4 billion KRW last year."
He continued, "The government is fostering the AI industry to implement digital platforms," and added, "This will contribute to the improvement of WiseAiTech's performance."
Researcher Park analyzed, "The domestic big data market is expected to grow at an average annual rate of 23%," and noted, "WiseAiTech continues stable performance growth based on its market dominance."
He introduced, "According to IT research firm Gartner, WiseAiTech achieved the number one market share in the big data quality sector," and "It maintained the top position with a 56% market share based on purchases from the Nara Marketplace."
Researcher Park emphasized, "Based on this year's expected performance, the previous day's closing price of 18,350 KRW corresponds to a price-earnings ratio (PER) of 21.7 times, which is undervalued compared to the software sector average PER of 46.3 times," and added, "It is significantly undervalued compared to domestic AI-related companies such as Selvas AI, Alchera, B2N, Saltlux, and Konantechnology."
Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft, stated on his blog on the 21st (local time), "The AI era has begun," and described "OpenAI's GPT AI model as the most innovative since the graphical desktop interface (GUI) in 1980."
He further introduced, "The advancement of AI is as fundamental as the birth of the microprocessor, PC, internet, and mobile phones," and said, "It will change the way people work, learn, travel, receive healthcare, and communicate with each other." He emphasized, "The entire industry will shift its direction centered on AI," and "Companies will be differentiated by how well they use AI."
