Chairman Jodaesik Received 7 Billion Won
Choi Tae-won, chairman of SK Group, received a salary of 3.5 billion KRW from the holding company SK last year.
According to the business report on the 21st, SK determined the base salary to be 3.5 billion KRW by comprehensively reflecting factors such as position (CEO), title (chairman), leadership, expertise, and contribution to the company, and paid about 292 million KRW monthly. Chairman Choi also receives compensation from SK Hynix, but the exact amount is unknown as he is not among the top five highest-paid individuals there.
Cho Dae-sik, chairman of the SK Supex Council, received a total of 7.02 billion KRW, including a salary of 2.4 billion KRW, bonuses of 4.453 billion KRW, and stock option exercise gains of 167 million KRW. Jang Dong-hyun, vice chairman and CEO of SK, earned a total compensation of 6.212 billion KRW, consisting of a salary of 2 billion KRW, bonuses of 4.082 billion KRW, and stock option exercise gains of 139 million KRW. Park Seong-ha, CEO of SK Square, received 2.175 billion KRW.
