Korea Management Association Consulting (hereinafter KMAC) announced that it is recruiting participating organizations for the Jeju Domestic Training Program for the first half of 2023.
This program is designed for customer-facing service personnel who may be experiencing accumulated fatigue due to COVID-19, and it includes on-site experience programs in Jeju as well as special lectures by KMAC CS professional consultants.
Additionally, this program is planned and operated by KMAC professional consultants and local coordinators to enhance the job expertise of customer-facing service personnel such as those in CS (Customer Satisfaction) and contact (call) centers, while also helping them recover their job passion.
Moreover, participants can simultaneously experience training conducted by CS professional consultants who specialize in CS education and consulting, along with on-site experiences that are only possible in Jeju, a representative domestic resort.
An official stated, “Participants can become true service enthusiasts by experiencing the action-learning and experiential programs designed to manage stress and nurture service sensitivity while exploring various locations in Jeju over a 2-night, 3-day period. This will improve their customer service response skills, restore job passion, and strengthen pride.”
During the 2-night, 3-day program, participants will engage in customer-facing service competency enhancement training along with specialized experiences such as horseback riding, tangerine picking, visiting coffee farms, and making Omegitteok (a traditional rice cake). They will also explore Jeju’s natural and famous resorts like Saebyeol Oreum, Bijarim Forest, and Camellia Hill, participating in activities and education aimed at recharging the four senses mindset of mission, self-esteem, confidence, and respect.
Ultimately, participants will gain a mindset for service transformation, emotional recovery and practical methods, and energy recharge for real-world application, all on-site in Jeju. Furthermore, since participants from various companies attend, there is time allocated for networking and interaction among them.
The KMAC Jeju Emotional Travel Program will be held from Wednesday, May 24 to Friday, May 26, with early registration closing on Saturday, April 15.
