According to the county on the 21st, 33 directors and principals of kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools gathered at the meeting for the development of education in Muan-gun. The Hometown Love Team, including the Head of the Autonomous Administration Division, emphasized the need to revitalize the Hometown Love Donation Program and conveyed cooperation matters to the faculty and staff.
The Hometown Love Donation Program was created to address the imbalance between the metropolitan area and local regions and to prevent the disappearance of local populations. It is directly connected to the future of Muan residents, and especially since donation funds can be used for projects related to children's education and culture, the participation and empathy of educators and staff within the county are urgently needed.
The directors and principals of kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools who attended the meeting listened to the explanation and cooperation matters regarding the Hometown Love Donation Program, responded positively, and expressed expectations for the smooth progress of Muan-gun's Hometown Love Donation Program.
Lee Gwang-jin, Head of the Autonomous Administration Division, said, "The Hometown Love Donation Program is an essential system for the growing children and youth," and added, "We ask for the great interest of all Muan-gun faculty and staff."
Donors to the Hometown Love Donation Program, which started this year, can receive not only the pride of giving but also benefits such as tax deductions and return gifts consisting of local specialties.
