SK Discovery Establishes PropTech Partnership with Yanolja Cloud

SK Discovery is establishing a proptech partnership with Yanolja Cloud, an AI-based global SaaS (Software as a Service) company.

The two companies have agreed to lead the digital transformation of various spaces in line with the rapidly changing real estate market and to build a proptech market based on win-win cooperation between medium-sized and small businesses. To this end, they plan to continue a sustainable cooperation system by exchanging real estate data and development capabilities, as well as space digital transformation technologies.

First, the two companies will build a data network for commercial and residential spaces and jointly develop a platform based on real estate big data. Through this, they aim to create a customer-centric environment that directly connects proptech providers and consumers, making it easier to provide and use various services.

Along with this, the two companies will also take the lead in creating a win-win environment in the proptech industry. They plan to develop joint projects for mutual growth, such as establishing an accelerating environment that supports the growth and market expansion of small service providers through digital technology support, platform linkage, and win-win investments.
