The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted that the nationwide morning low temperatures will range from -2 to 11 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will be between 16 and 23 degrees Celsius. In Seoul, the morning low will be 5 degrees, and the daytime high will be 21 degrees.
The central region will have occasional clouds. Jeju Island will experience occasional rain from dawn until the afternoon. Along the southern coast, raindrops may fall in some areas from morning until evening.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungnam, and Jeonbuk, while other regions will experience levels ranging from 'good' to 'moderate.' Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungbuk will temporarily see 'bad' levels in the morning.
Expected precipitation until the 22nd is 10 to 30 mm for Jeju Island and less than 0.1 mm for the southern coast. Thunderstorms with gusty winds are expected in the southern offshore waters of Jeju Island and the eastern offshore waters of the southern sea. Ships engaged in navigation or fishing should exercise caution.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.
