Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, will operate a price viewing and opinion submission period for individual and collective housing based on January 1, 2023, from the 21st of this month until April 10.
The determined prices for individual and collective housing as of January 1, 2023, are scheduled to be announced on April 28.
Housing owners and stakeholders who have opinions on the viewed housing prices can write an opinion statement and submit it to the county office's finance department within the deadline.
The housing prices for which opinions are received will be re-investigated considering housing characteristics and price balance with nearby houses, then verified by the Korea Real Estate Board and reviewed by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee. The results will be individually notified to the opinion submitters.
A county official urged, “Since individual and collective housing prices provide price information for the housing market and are used as criteria for national tax, local tax, health insurance premiums, etc., residents are encouraged to actively view and submit their opinions within the period.”
