Gochang-gun announced on the 20th that it will operate the 'Gochang Travel Enjoyed with Stamps' program until November.
The Gochang-eupseong Mobile Stamp Tour, part of the Gochang Travel Enjoyed with Stamps, features 34 attractive tourist spots in Gochang that are not widely known to the public. It is composed of a total of three themed routes: the Gochang-eupseong Tour Road, the UNESCO World Heritage Tour Road, and the Gochang Tourism Tour Road.
To participate in the stamp tour, users need to download the 'Stamp Tour' app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on their mobile devices, sign up as a member, and select 'Jeonbuk Gochang-gun' to join.
Upon accessing the app, the nearest tour destinations from the participant's current location are sequentially displayed.
When visiting the designated tourist spots, the device vibrates and a stamp automatically appears on the screen. Completing stamp collection by theme allows participants to apply for tourism souvenirs through a monthly lottery event.
A Gochang-gun official stated, "In celebration of the 2023 World Heritage City Gochang Visit Year, this stamp tour event linked with nearby tourist attractions is expected to offer visitors a unique and enjoyable experience of Gochang tourism, creating pleasant memories."
