National Pukyong University is partnering with Eduin Job Consulting to foster specialized software talent and create jobs for young people.
On the 17th, the Digital Smart Busan Academy Project Group of National Pukyong University and Eduin Job Consulting signed a mutual cooperation agreement at Pukyong University's Creative Hall to cultivate local software experts for the development of the regional digital-data industry ecosystem.

Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to collaborate in nurturing excellent digital talent needed by regional innovative companies.
The two institutions will work together to ▲ establish an industry-academia cooperation network and share human and technical resources ▲ facilitate field training, internships, the National Employment Support System, and work experience programs for academy graduates.
Additionally, Eduin Job Consulting will provide specialized and systematic job matching services to graduates of the Digital Smart Busan Academy.
The Digital Smart Busan Academy is a project involving Pukyong University, 12 institutions including universities in the Busan area and local companies, aimed at cultivating software experts tailored to the on-site demands of regional companies. This academy was launched in June last year after being selected in the Ministry of Science and ICT’s ‘2022 Software Talent Development Project’ competition.
No Maeng-seok, head of the project group, stated, “We expect to play a significant role in creating jobs for young people by providing customized employment linkage services to trainees.”
