Dongwoon Anatech's haptics have already been applied to menu buttons, air conditioners, gear levers, and various control buttons in various car models, including the Genesis series of Hyundai Motor Company, drawing attention as an essential product for future automotive design changes.

A company official stated, “Application will be expanded from premium models of major domestic automobile companies to SUVs and electric vehicle models,” adding, “Development has been underway for several years, and the application schedule is already set.”

He continued, “Our haptic products will also start to be applied to SUV models of overseas electric vehicle companies from this year,” and “Application to German brand electric vehicle models is confirmed from 2025, so the expansion of overseas customers will be in full swing starting this year.” Dongwoon Anatech announced in February that it invested 2 million dollars in the US company Elevation to actively enter the North American electric vehicle market.

Additionally, Dongwoon Anatech was finally selected as a supplier by a global VR device manufacturer at the end of last year, enabling the supply of haptics for VR and AR devices upon customer request at any time.

A company official said, “Haptics are not only for various wearable devices but also for recently growing personal and industrial robots, which inevitably adopt digital button designs, so we are preparing to expand application fields according to requests from existing automotive customers and new clients.”
