City Hall Corporate Innovation Department Entrance, Online Application Also Available

Gimhae City in Gyeongnam will operate the ‘Corporate Difficulty 119 Center’ starting from the 20th.

According to the city on the 15th, the center has been established at the entrance of the Corporate Innovation Division in the city hall.

The center receives difficulties faced by companies in areas such as funding, technical support, and export market development during their management process, and provides information on support policies and projects from relevant institutions.

Complex issues involving various matters are handled by the ‘Corporate Difficulty One-Stop Processing Council’.

The council analyzes the received cases with related departments, institutions, and field experts, and if necessary, conducts joint on-site investigations to devise solutions.

The city has assigned dedicated personnel, opened a direct representative phone number, and newly established ‘Corporate Difficulty 119’ in the sector portal section of the city’s website.

Matters received both online and offline will be promptly notified of their progress at each processing stage by the center, and will be systematically managed to provide quick responses.

The received cases will be analyzed by type and compiled into a booklet titled ‘100 Questions and 100 Answers on Solving Corporate Difficulties’ to be published in September.

The booklet will be distributed to companies and related institutions and will also be posted on the city’s website.

Mayor Hong Taeyong said, “There were many stories that corporate support tasks were scattered across multiple departments and institutions when visiting companies,” and added, “By operating the Corporate 119 Center, we will establish a one-stop system from reception to resolution to create a city that is good for businesses.”
