Mina Global Co., Ltd. Signs China Distribution Rights Contract for Italian Detergent Omino Bianco

Mina Global Co., Ltd. (CEO Namjin Cho), specializing in global heritage brands, announced on the 15th that it has recently signed a contract with Italy's Bolton Group for the Chinese distribution rights of the Italian premium detergent brand Omino Bianco, and is actively pursuing overseas market expansion.

Mina Global, the official Korean partner of the global company Bolton Group headquartered in Italy, has successfully launched Bolton Group's key brands such as Roberts Rose Water, Borotalco, Chili, and Omino Bianco in the domestic market.

In particular, the Italian premium laundry detergent Omino Bianco has achieved significant growth, ranking 5th among all detergent brands and 2nd among imported detergent brands in a domestic consumer reputation survey conducted last October, through active marketing activities including appointing actor Lee Jung-jae, internationally renowned for the Netflix drama Squid Game, as its exclusive model.

A Mina Global representative stated, "Acquiring the Chinese distribution rights for Omino Bianco is highly meaningful as it expands our cooperation scope, recognizing our capabilities not only in the Korean market but also in pioneering and operating overseas markets from a leading global company," adding, "This will serve as an opportunity to shift from a domestic-focused business to an overseas and export-driven business structure."

The company plans to establish itself as a key partner and overseas market hub for global brands, expanding not only into China but also across Asia and North America.

Meanwhile, Mina Global Co., Ltd. has shown stable growth with sales of 8.7 billion KRW in 2020, 23 billion KRW in 2021, and 33.1 billion KRW in 2022. Based on this, last year during its Series B institutional investment round, the company announced a mid- to long-term business strategy including acquiring overseas distribution rights for global brands, building an integrated online platform, and developing its own brands.
