Hyundai Card and Hyundai Commercial announced on the 15th that they will conduct an internship program for recruiting new employees.

The successful interns will work at Hyundai Card and Hyundai Commercial for three weeks from May 15 to June 2, and will be assigned to various job fields at Hyundai Card such as marketing and sales, risk, collection, management support and administration, and branding. One week will be dedicated to orientation, and the remaining two weeks will be spent working in two departments (one week each). Approximately 40 candidates will be selected.

The application period is until the 20th of this month, and anyone who has graduated from domestic or overseas universities or is expected to graduate in August 2023 or February 2024, and has no disqualifications for domestic employment or overseas business trips (for males, completed military service or exemption) can apply. However, applicants must have a valid English speaking score (TOEIC Speaking or OPIC) as of the application deadline. After passing the document screening, candidates will undergo aptitude tests and interviews to determine the final successful applicants.

Hyundai Card and Hyundai Commercial plan to evaluate work performance during the internship period and complete the conversion to full-time employment within the first half of the year.

A representative from Hyundai Card and Hyundai Commercial explained, “The distinctive point of the Hyundai Card internship is to eliminate information asymmetry through participation and enable interns to choose jobs that suit their aptitude.”
