Lee Jun-seok "Keep Ahn Cheol-soo, but Do Not Hold Lee Jun-seok"

"Distinguishing Between Common Sense and Nonsense Anyway"
Refusal of Inclusion Theory Expressed in SNS Post

Former People Power Party leader Lee Jun-seok criticized the new Kim Ki-hyun leadership, which emphasizes 'Yeonpotang (Yeondae·Poyong·Tangpyeong - Solidarity·Inclusion·Balance),' stating, "Ahn Cheol-soo should be embraced, but Lee Jun-seok should not be embraced."

In a post on Facebook on the 13th, the former leader said, "Either way, it is a distinction between the unreasonable and the reasonable, and it should be made clear. Everyone can be embraced into the realm of the unreasonable," indicating that he defines the new leadership as unreasonable and does not intend to be included in it.

Earlier, People Power Party Supreme Council members showed differing opinions on whether they could embrace Lee and the Lee Jun-seok faction 'Cheon-A-Yong-In (Cheon Ha-ram, Heo Eun-ah, Kim Yong-tae, Lee Gi-in).' Supreme Council members Kim Jae-won and Cho Soo-jin opposed the idea, while Tae Young-ho argued that "lines should not be drawn in advance."

In an interview with BBS Radio's 'Jeon Young-shin's Morning Journal,' Supreme Council member Kim said, "Compared to the Lee Jun-seok faction, Ahn Cheol-soo's side is more desirable in terms of their role within the party and the votes they received during this party convention." He added, "(Cheon-A-Yong-In) has been making not just constructive criticism hoping for the party's success but has continued to make quite problematic remarks." He also pointed out about Lee Jun-seok, "The problem is that people do not change easily."

On the other hand, Supreme Council member Tae, in an interview with KBS Radio's 'Choi Kyung-young's Strong Current Affairs,' said, "It is not right to draw a line in advance and say we cannot go together straightforwardly," adding, "If after the party convention, the division between the anti-Yoon and pro-Yoon factions continues and fights persist, we cannot win the general election. If there is an urgency to win the general election, it is right for the party to move forward as one."

Regarding this, the former leader said, "In this matter, Supreme Council member Kim's words are more correct than Supreme Council member Tae's," drawing a line against the 'Lee Jun-seok inclusion theory.'
