Provided to 65 People Across 15 Projects
Jindo County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim Hee-soo) is actively conducting public work projects and local community job projects that provide jobs to vulnerable employment groups and promote livelihood stability.
According to the county on the 13th, a total of 54 people were selected for 14 public job projects to stabilize the livelihoods of vulnerable employment groups, and they have been working since early March at places such as Jindo Dog Theme Park and Unlim Sambyeolcho Park.
In addition, 11 people are engaged in activities such as tourist guidance at tourist sites and explaining artworks in art galleries to provide social contribution opportunities by utilizing the expertise of the middle-aged and older workforce.
An official from the Population Policy Office of Jindo County said, “We hope this will help vulnerable groups facing livelihood difficulties and revitalize the local economy,” adding, “We will continue to promote public job projects and support projects for social contribution activities of the middle-aged and older workforce.”
