e-Pyeonhansesang Bongseon Celestige will be developed with 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 19 floors above ground, with a total of 542 units sized between 63 and 84㎡. Among these, 176 units will be offered to the general public, consisting of 112 units of 63㎡ and 64 units of 84㎡, characterized by small to medium-sized units under 85㎡, which are highly preferred.

One of the advantages of e-Pyeonhansesang Bongseon Celestige is its educational environment. Near the complex is Jesuk Elementary School, and Jungwol Middle School, Bongseon Middle School, Seogwang Middle School, and Supia Girls’ Middle School are all within walking distance. In particular, the Bongseon-dong academy district, known as the ‘Daechi-dong of Gwangju,’ is also nearby.

The complex also boasts excellent transportation access. Baegun Square Station and Bongseon Station, part of the first phase of Gwangju Metro Line 2 (scheduled to open in 2026), will be located near the complex.

Various lifestyle infrastructures are also in place. Convenience facilities such as Chungjang-ro commercial district, Bongseon Market, E-Mart, and Nam-gu Office are nearby, along with medical facilities including Gwangju Christian Hospital, Mirae Children’s Hospital, Hanil Hospital, Chosun University Hospital, and Jeonnam National University Hospital. Additionally, residents can conveniently access parks such as Pureungil Park, Pungam Sports Park, and Wolsan Neighborhood Park, promising a pleasant living environment.

e-Pyeonhansesang Bongseon Celestige is designed as a park-style complex with no cars on the ground, primarily oriented southward. Most units, except for a few, are arranged facing south to maximize natural light, and the layout offers a wider range of choices with slab-type 3~4 BAY and two-sided open tower-type structures. The complex also features e-Pyeonhansesang’s unique ‘C2 House’ special design, providing ample storage spaces such as pantries, dressing rooms, and powder rooms. The utility rooms will include a one-stop laundry zone where washing machines and dryers can be placed side by side.

Within the complex, various community spaces such as an indoor playground, premium study rooms, lounge cafes, fitness centers, and golf practice ranges will also be established.
