Humasis' stock price is showing a sharp rise of nearly 20%. This is attributed to the recent announcement of a stock dividend.

As of 9:13 AM on the 13th, Humasis is trading at 20,750 won, up 19.73% from the previous close.

Earlier, on the 10th, Humasis announced a 300% stock dividend to enhance shareholder value. Three new shares will be allocated for every one existing common share. Accordingly, the number of newly issued shares will be 95,464,674.

The record date for the new shares is set for the 27th of this month, and the new shares are scheduled to be listed on the 14th of next month.
