The Preferential Interest Rate Performance Inquiry Service is available through Suhyup Bank's mobile banking app, 'Partner Bank.' Users can view at a glance the current status of preferential interest rates applied, changes, and detailed items such as credit card usage performance, average balance of deposits and withdrawals, salary transfers, and automatic transfer performance.
If the preferential interest rate performance is not met, guidance on how to receive the benefits will be provided.
A Suhyup Bank official stated, "We will expand additional services so that customers can easily and conveniently use the desired services through the mobile app without visiting branches."
