Listening to Improvement Plans with Residents and Experts from Jungangdongseo Area at Sejong Government Complex

On-site Visit of the 'Sejong-si Saenghwal Gonggam Policy Participation Group'

The Ministry of the Interior and Safety's Government Complex Management Headquarters announced on the 13th that it will invite the 'Sejong City Life Empathy Policy Participation Group,' composed of Sejong citizens, to the Central Building of the Sejong Government Complex tomorrow to tour major convenience facilities and seek improvement measures from the users' perspective.

The on-site visit will include the '9th Sejong City Life Empathy Policy Participation Group,' launched in March this year. To gather diverse opinions, the 'Korea Institute of Design Promotion' will also attend and provide expert improvement suggestions from a service design perspective (user perspective).

The on-site visit will mainly focus on the Civil Service Building, an open area freely accessible to local residents. The Complex Management Headquarters plans to actively incorporate the opinions presented by the participation group and the Institute of Design Promotion into improvements of convenience facilities and the development of services in Sejong Central Building.

So So-yeon, head of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's Government Complex Management Headquarters, stated, “We hope that this on-site visit will help establish Sejong Central Building as a representative government complex that is convenient for visitors and resident employees to use.”
