Gwangju National Science Museum Hosts 'Not My Time, But I Prefer Cheongnyeom Latte!'

The National Gwangju Science Museum held the event "Not My Time, But I Like Cheongnyeom Latte!" for all employees on the first floor of the main building on the 10th.

This event was conducted to narrow the perception gap arising from differences in rank and generation.

The acting director, appointed officials, and the Organizational Communication and Empathy Committee participated, handing out "Cheongnyeom Latte" coffee to employees arriving at work, taking time to reflect on mutual understanding, followed by a mutual respect campaign throughout the exhibition hall area.

The Gwangju Science Museum designates the 11th of every month as Mutual Respect Day, meaning equal mutual respect and consideration rather than a superior-subordinate relationship (1=1), and operates various events accordingly.

The "Not My Time, But I Like Cheongnyeom Latte!" event received positive responses from employees arriving at work.

In particular, an employee from the Organizational Communication and Empathy Committee who participated in the event stated, "Through this event, seeing the faces of employees on their way to work and exchanging greetings made me realize once again the importance of practicing mutual respect and consideration."
