Gyeonggi Province is recruiting a Public Life Illegal Monitoring Team.
The Gyeonggi Province Special Judicial Police announced on the 12th that it is recruiting 12 members for the 'Public Life Illegal Monitoring Team' targeting those interested in preventing public life crimes such as environment, animal protection, and food hygiene, and who are capable of internet information gathering, document work, and field activities.
The monitoring team will perform tasks such as online and offline monitoring of illegal activities related to 87 laws across 18 public life-related fields, as well as assisting with investigation duties.
The activity period is six months, from the 3rd of next month to October 5th.
Applications can be submitted through the Gyeonggi Job Foundation's integrated application system, Jobawa Apply, by the 17th.
Hong Eun-gi, head of the Public Life Special Judicial Police of Gyeonggi Province, stated, "This year, the Gyeonggi Public Life Special Judicial Police is strengthening crackdowns on areas of public interest such as environmental pollution, animal protection, and food safety," adding, "We have recruited the Public Life Illegal Monitoring Team to proactively respond to and prevent public life crimes."
