The apartment sales market is gradually recovering due to the government's relaxation of real estate regulations. Approximately 20,000 applications were submitted for the first-priority subscription of Yeongdeungpo Xi Dignity in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and about 40,000 applications flooded the non-priority subscription for Olympic Park Foreon in Gangdong-gu, showing the effects of deregulation centered around Seoul.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 2,818 households (including residential-commercial complexes, excluding public rental housing) will accept subscription applications at six locations nationwide in the third week of March.
In the metropolitan area, two locations will accept subscription applications. On the 14th, e-Pyeonhansesang Dongtan Park Honors (437 households), supplied in the Shindong area of Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, will accept first-priority subscription applications. It is built with 13 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 12, with exclusive areas of 99 and 115㎡, totaling 800 households. Among them, 7 buildings with 437 households will be preferentially sold in the first phase. On the same day, in Incheon, Geomdan New Town Geumgang Pentarium 3rd Central Park (1,049 households) is scheduled to accept subscription applications.
In the provinces, four locations will accept subscriptions. On the 14th, Wi Park Maryuk Park, built in the Geumho-dong area of Seo-gu, Gwangju, will accept first-priority subscription applications. It consists of 15 buildings from basement level 3 to ground level 20, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 135㎡, totaling 917 households. On the same day, Yeongdong Coaru Leaders One (200 households) will be supplied in Yeongdong-gun, Chungbuk. On the 13th, Gunsan Hanseong Philhouse (149 households) in Gunsan-si, Jeonbuk, and The Palace in Ildo, Jeju City (66 households) will accept subscription applications.
Winner announcements will be made at five locations, and official contracts will proceed at four locations.
