Kim Kwang-woo, Director of the United Nations Peace Memorial Hall, gave a special lecture titled "UN Veterans, and the Republic of Korea" to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the armistice in 2023.
On the 9th, Director Kim specifically introduced the vivid realities of the Korean War, the heroic stories of the UN forces, and their acts of love for the people, conveying the stories of the UN soldiers who risked their lives to realize the UN values of "Peace, Dignity, and Equality."
Director Kim Kwang-woo of the United Nations Peace Memorial Hall is giving a special lecture at Dongmyung University.
Professor Jeong Ki-ju of the ROTC at Dongmyung University said, "This special lecture reminded us of noblesse oblige and made us reflect once again on how we, as advanced democratic citizens today, should practice Organizational Citizenship Behavior."
