Daishin Securities announced on the 10th that it will recruit online customer panels until the 23rd to listen to customer opinions.
The online customer panels will play a role in providing opinions from the consumer's perspective on Daishin Securities' major products or services. The number of recruits is up to 30 people. Any customer currently using Daishin Securities' products and services can apply.
The selected customer panels will perform tasks online for about seven months starting next month and receive a fixed activity fee. The opinions presented through the tasks will be used later to improve Daishin Securities' services.
Those who wish to participate can download the application form from the Daishin Securities and Creon websites from today until the 23rd and apply via email. The final selected candidates will be individually notified around the 30th.
Im Yushin, head of the Financial Consumer Protection Department at Daishin Securities, said, "We are creating an environment centered on financial consumers through active communication with customer panels," and added, "We ask for many customers' support to provide better services."
