The Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education has formed the 'Ulsan Future Education Expo Support Team' for the first time this year and has begun full-scale preparations for the event.
On the 10th, the Ulsan Office of Education held the 2023 Ulsan Future Education Expo Support Team inauguration ceremony at Jiphyeon Room.
The Office of Education selected a total of 25 members as the Ulsan Future Education Expo Support Team, including principals, vice principals, lead teachers, and staff from kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high schools, appointing Han Hyun-sook, principal of Hogye High School, as the team leader. They also shared the policy direction and promotion plans for the Ulsan Future Education Expo and established a cooperative support system.
The support team will be responsible for policy support related to the Ulsan Future Education Expo, including future education, future-oriented educational environments, and the development of AI-based teaching models, as well as supporting public forums, booth and experience center operations, and on-site monitoring.
Nam Jun-hee, a teacher at Dongbu Elementary School who attended the inauguration ceremony, said, "I hope the education expo becomes a meaningful event where the entire educational community can excitedly experience and imagine, naturally exploring the future of education in Ulsan."
The Ulsan Future Education Expo is scheduled to be held from July 14 to 16 at the Ulsan Exhibition & Convention Center.
The expo will feature active future education seminars, academic symposiums, AI and edutech experience centers, and future-oriented class sharing sessions, providing a platform to discuss the present, future, and prospects of education in Ulsan.
