Introduction of a System Capable of Fire Risk Detection and Early Suppression

SK Shieldus (CEO Park Jin-hyo) announced on the 10th that it has signed a general agency contract for an Internet of Things (IoT)-based fire response solution with Ilseon System (CEO Kang Jung-soo), a company specializing in automated fire prevention equipment.
Through this contract, the two companies plan to secure clients operating smart factories and data centers and strengthen collaboration for fire prevention and response. The fire response solution "Quick Zero System" introduced by SK Shieldus, developed by Ilseon System, enables 24-hour fire monitoring based on IoT technology. When a fire threat is detected, it quickly shares the information with relevant parties such as the control room and fire station depending on the situation, and if initial suppression is needed, it activates pre-installed tube-type fire extinguishing devices to put out the fire.
Kim Young-joo, head of SK Shieldus, said, "Through active collaboration with Ilseon System, we will introduce innovative operational technology (OT) security services that ensure our clients' safety from fires."
