Uljin-gun Family Center Holds Orientation for Multicultural Families

The Gyeongbuk Uljin-gun Family Center (Director Lee Jang-chul) held an orientation on the 3rd at the Uljin-gun Lifelong Learning Center, attended by over 50 people including marriage immigrants and their families, introducing the Family Center projects and programs to be operated throughout the year.

This event was organized to provide various information, encourage participation in education, and offer a platform for information exchange among families through explanations of all programs conducted by the Family Center this year.


Lee Jang-chul, Director of the Uljin-gun Family Center, said, “We have carefully prepared programs to help multicultural families, who face difficulties due to language and cultural differences, settle stably and live harmoniously as members of society.” He added, “We will do our best to discover and provide diverse and systematic programs that offer comprehensive services such as Korean language education, family and child education, counseling, and interpretation and translation services, so that multicultural families living in our region can easily adapt to Korean society and grow through self-development.”
