Introducing Buffets, Afternoon Tea, and Cocktails with a Touch of Spring Fragrance

Parnas Hotel's luxury resort hotel, Parnas Hotel Jeju, announced on the 6th that it will offer three spring-themed food and beverage (F&B) promotions until the 30th of next month.


The buffet restaurant Confetti presents the 'Fresh Spring Market.' Various special dishes made with fresh spring herbs, seasonal ingredients, and wild greens are prepared. The lunch buffet features pasta flavored with Udo peanuts, Jeju potato pizza, Banh Xeo made with black pork, fish and chips, and the weekend and holiday dinner buffet will include a welcome health drink, red sea bream sashimi, Honghaesam (red sea cucumber) known as the ginseng of the sea, the popular black pork fresh ribs, and jjukkumi (webfoot octopus) barbecue.


At Pondmer Lounge & Deli, the 'Spring Afternoon Tea Set' is offered. Guests can enjoy desserts such as cherry blossom tea cake, barley creme brulee, karahyang tart, and basalt scones, along with savory selections including Jeju canola greens cold pasta, three-colored hwajeon (flower pancakes) served with Jeju pheasant syrup, and Jeju pink shrimp meringue. Parnas Hotel Jeju's specialty coffee 'Pondmer Blend' or the 'Leesh Tea' selection with eight options can be enjoyed for a relaxing afternoon.



At Pondmer Bar, the 'Malfi Gin Promotion' is underway. This premium gin tonic cocktail captures the essence of Italy's Amalfi Coast with Malfi Gin enhanced by the flavors of pink grapefruit, blood orange, and lemon. The Malfi Gin promotion set includes one bottle of gin (Malfi Rosa, Limone, or Arancia), two bottles of Thomas Henry tonic, and an Italian platter made with various charcuterie.
