Alpine Skiing, Mogul Skiing, and Other Snow Sports Events Held
Gangwon Land, Jeongseon-gun, and Organizing Committee Sign Business Agreement
Kangwon Land announced on the 6th that it has signed a business agreement with the 2024 Gangwon Winter Youth Olympic Games Organizing Committee to provide venues for snow sports events.

Through this agreement, Kangwon Land will provide three international standard slopes at High1 Resort as venues for snow sports events such as alpine skiing and mogul skiing, and will cooperate in the construction of competition venues and operation of auxiliary facilities.
Two mountain condo buildings with about 120 rooms at High1 Resort have been selected as the athletes' village for snow sports. Additionally, the three organizations?Gangwon Jeongseon County, the Organizing Committee, and Kangwon Land?will collaborate to reinforce safety facilities on the competition slopes and cooperate on facility construction that meets international competition standards to ensure the safe hosting of the Games.
The 2024 Gangwon Winter Youth Olympic Games will be held from January 19 to February 1 next year. The snow skiing competitions at High1 Resort will begin with the alpine super-G on January 21 and will feature three events over five days.
