Yeongdeok-gun Family Center Operates 'Momteun! Mamteun! Table Tennis Class'

Gyeongbuk Yeongdeok-gun Family Center (Director Ian Guk Lee) will open the ‘Momten! Mamten!’ table tennis class for multicultural family marriage immigrants at Yeongdeok Table Tennis Hall on the 10th.

This table tennis class is operated to provide opportunities for physical and mental health improvement and social participation by relieving stress through sports activities and satisfying the desire for leisure activities for multicultural family marriage immigrants.


The center offers one-on-one personal coaching for 2 hours every week from Coach Mi-sook Shin of Yeongdeok-gun Sports Association to help trainees learn basic table tennis skills and game methods to improve their skills.


In addition, to enhance game experience, after personal coaching, practice matches will be held with Bang Mu-seok, president of the Yeonglobal Table Tennis Club for multicultural families, and other club table tennis members. They also plan to gain skills and experience by participating in their own table tennis tournaments as well as local table tennis competitions.


In particular, the center provides childcare services for members accompanied by young children so that they can focus on personal coaching and training with peace of mind.
