Now in its 22nd year, Dubai Derma is the largest international dermatology conference in the Middle East and North Africa region. This year, over 300 companies from 104 countries and more than 1,200 global brands participated.
At this conference, Medytox unveiled its non-animal liquid toxin formulation 'MT10109L,' which is halal-certified and preparing to enter advanced markets, as well as the new toxin product 'Newlux.' Additionally, it showcased the hyaluronic acid filler 'Neuramis,' which is emerging as a global brand, the hangover relief probiotic 'Kan-ui Achim,' and skin boosters and mask packs from the derma cosmetic brand 'Neuraderm.'
Medytox explained that attendees visiting the booth included companies from Middle Eastern countries with large dermatology markets such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Turkey, who engaged in individual Q&A sessions and business meetings. The Brazilian partner company Dermadream's CEO also visited the booth to discuss establishing a local corporation to expand the Brazilian market.
A Medytox official stated, "Interest in Medytox at Dubai Derma, which we attended for the first time in a while due to the COVID-19 pandemic, was higher than ever. This interest and high recognition are the results of our excellent research and development (R&D) capabilities, having developed numerous toxin products, which have been acknowledged in the global market. We will actively pursue further expansion into overseas markets."
Meanwhile, in January, Medytox participated in the presidential delegation during President Yoon Suk-yeol's visit to the UAE and signed a memorandum of understanding with Dubai Science Park (DSP), a Dubai government-owned enterprise, to build a local toxin finished product factory based on MT10109L. Last month, the representative delegation visited Korea to conduct a factory inspection of Medytox.
