Gyeonggi-do Selects Tenants for Pangyo Startup Campus Poster for Recruiting Tenant Companies at Pangyo Startup Campus

Gyeonggi Province is recruiting (preliminary) entrepreneurs to move into the 'Pangyo Startup Campus' until the 17th.

The province will provide free rent and management fees for one year to resident entrepreneurs. Additionally, after an extension evaluation, the residency period can be extended for one more year under the same conditions. Various support programs are also offered, including consulting support tailored to growth stages and community operations for information exchange.

The recruitment targets are preliminary entrepreneurs or startups less than seven years old based in the province as of the announcement date. The main industries include advanced sectors such as Information Technology (IT), Biotechnology (BT), Nanotechnology (NT), Content Technology (CT), and holders of innovative technologies.

The province will select a total of 32 companies through a first-round document review and a second-round presentation evaluation, assessing business execution capability, technical feasibility, business viability, and marketability. Final selection results will be individually notified next month.

Applications can be submitted by downloading the relevant forms from the Gyeonggi Startup Platform, filling them out, and submitting them.

Kim Hyun-dae, Director of the Future Growth Industry Bureau of the province, stated, "We plan to nurture competitive startups capable of sustainable growth centered around Pangyo," adding, "We hope that Pangyo Techno Valley will serve as a hub for various exchanges and support, providing a growth foundation for entrepreneurs."

Last year, through the 'Startup Campus Incubation Operation Project,' the province supported 70 companies, resulting in a sales increase of 15.4 billion KRW, the creation of 77 new jobs, and investment attraction worth 8 billion KRW.
