Training Started at Chicken University from the 28th of Last Month

According to BBQ on the 2nd, Chairman Yoon made this statement during his greeting at the new employee orientation held at the Chicken University in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, on the 28th of last month.
BBQ hired 51 new employees through the 2023 open recruitment.
Earlier, Chairman Yoon promised a "dramatic 33.5% increase in starting annual salary for college graduates" during this year's open recruitment to discover outstanding talent. As a result, more than 2,500 applicants applied for BBQ's new employee recruitment this year, recording a competition rate of 50 to 1.
BBQ's new employee recruitment covers seven fields: ▲Operations ▲Sales ▲Marketing ▲Strategic Planning ▲Information Strategy ▲Research and Development ▲Direct Store Manager/Manager. Among the applicants, only those who passed the document screening proceeded to the first interview, which included an artificial intelligence (AI) competency test, and then the final interview.
The hired new employees have been undergoing four weeks of theoretical and practical training at Chicken University since the 28th of last month. The training includes the group's history, special lectures by executives, global BBQ, understanding the franchise industry, product cooking, and on-the-job training (OJT), helping new employees enhance their understanding of the group and job competencies and develop professional qualities as dining experts. After completing the Chicken University education and training course, they will be assigned to relevant departments.
