LGU+, 'Free SIM Replacement' Expanded to All Mobile Customers

Accordingly, LG Uplus mobile customers can replace their USIM free of charge regardless of whether their personal information has been leaked. MVNO customers using the LG Uplus network can contact their respective service provider's customer center to request a replacement.

LG Uplus mobile customers who wish to replace their USIM can apply through the banner on the company's website. Customers who apply will receive a notification message, and following the instructions, they can visit a store with their ID and mobile phone starting from the 8th of next month to replace their USIM.

Prior to this, LG Uplus has been operating a customer care program since the 20th, offering free USIM replacement for customers affected by personal information leaks, and from the 27th, providing the U+ Spam Call Alert service free of charge to mobile customers and MVNO users on the LG Uplus network.
