Lotte Construction Launches Sales for Senior Residence 'VL Le West'

Lotte Construction announced on the 28th that it will open the model house for the high-end senior residence ‘VL Le West’ in the Magok District complex in Seoul on the 3rd of next month and begin full-scale sales.

The complex will be developed on a scale of 810 households across 4 buildings, ranging from 6 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors. It will showcase medical care, resident services, specialized designs tailored to senior demand characteristics, and various community programs.

VL Le West will provide senior-specialized medical services through Ewha Medical Center’s agreement with Ewha Seoul Hospital, a tertiary general hospital adjacent to the complex. Residents can receive specialist consultations and health checkups. When using Ewha Seoul Hospital, residents can access a dedicated counter for quick medical care without long waits and receive discount benefits. The complex will also operate the ‘Bobath Memorial Hospital Health Management Center’ on-site.

Residents can enjoy hotel-level resident services as well. Through Lotte Hotel’s premium senior residence brand VL, services such as mail management, hotel-style concierge service, and housekeeping services including biweekly in-unit cleaning will be provided.

Senior-customized specialized designs will also be introduced. Each room will have its own bathroom, and all units will feature sliding doors and step-free plans considering physical and safety aspects, as well as a circular flow layout within the units. Additionally, emergency call systems, motion sensors, cooling systems, and healthcare systems will be installed within the units.

The complex is located near Magok Station on Subway Line 5, Magoknaru Station on Subway Line 9, and the Airport Railroad, forming a triple station area. An underground pedestrian passage directly connects to the subway stations, and nearby roads such as Gonghang-daero and Olympic-daero allow quick access to major downtown Seoul and the metropolitan area by car.

Within walking distance of the complex, approximately 500,000㎡ of ‘Seoul Botanic Park’ and the ecological park ‘Seoul Botanic Garden’ are connected. In addition, large shopping malls and cultural facilities such as Lotte Mall, Lotte Cinema, and the large-scale performance venue LG Arts Center Seoul are close to the complex.

Applications for subscription can be made from March 21 to 23 on the official VL Le West website. The announcement of winners is scheduled for the 24th of next month. The formal contract signing will take place over three days from the 28th to the 30th of the same month.
