11st announced on the 28th that it will provide a customized support program tailored to the growth stages for new sellers who joined in 2023.

The company explained that it has prepared growth-centered benefits so that new sellers who started online sales through 11st can focus more on their business after joining and develop into 'Star Sellers' with solid competitiveness.

11st's new seller support program, the 'Rising Star Package,' is offered in three stages to sellers who meet certain conditions. During the initial business activation stage after joining, sellers receive product exposure on the mobile application (app) main screen and 300,000 advertising points. If sales exceed the standard within the same month, sellers move to the actual sales increase stage, where they receive exposure in exclusive promotional events, participate in 11st's live broadcast 'LIVE11,' and get marketing support targeting specific customers. In the stable sales maintenance stage, an additional 1,000,000 advertising points are provided.

Since 2021, when new sellers concentrated in e-commerce and online startups increased, 11st has supported sellers' initial settlement with various new entry benefits.

As benefits for new sellers, 11st applies a service fee (sales commission) of 6%, which is more than half cheaper until the end of this year after joining (excluding some categories), and supports a total of 400,000 points including 'Welcome Advertising Points' and refundable 'Reward Advertising Points.' Including all the benefits of the new entry benefits and the Rising Star Package, the total advertising points received amount to approximately 1.7 million KRW.

11st is also committed to enhancing the sales competitiveness of its sellers. It provides support measures such as 11st Seller Zone (free seller education support center), Seller Analytics (free customer statistics analysis service), Fast Settlement (industry's first fast sales payment settlement service), and Shocking Accumulation (additional points accumulation for new sellers' products).
