A fire broke out around 12:35 PM on the 27th in a mountain near Ogok Village, Chilwon-eup, Haman-gun, Gyeongnam Province.
According to the Gyeongnam Fire Headquarters, the large fire was extinguished around 1:25 PM by firefighters who responded to a report from nearby residents, and all remaining flames were put out by 1:53 PM.
At the scene, six vehicles including fire trucks and 17 firefighters were deployed, and no casualties have been reported.
The police, forestry, and fire authorities are investigating the exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
