Hyundai Motor Company will conduct its second regular recruitment of new employees this year starting from the 1st of next month.
The recruitment fields include ▲R&D ▲Design ▲Manufacturing & Production ▲Strategic Support. Applications will be accepted through Hyundai Motor's official recruitment website until the 14th of next month.
The recruitment targets are those who have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree domestically or internationally, or those expected to graduate in August 2023. Detailed information such as qualification requirements and job duties by field can be found on the recruitment website.
Hyundai Motor will also hold an online metaverse recruitment briefing session for three days from the 7th to the 9th of next month. The online metaverse recruitment briefing will be conducted in a way that allows communication between applicants and current employees within the metaverse space. It consists of a total of four spaces.
Each space is operated as follows: ▲Recruitment presentation where current employees from each department present recruitment job roles ▲Job consultation space where current employees and applicants freely communicate about job duties ▲HR consultation space where HR personnel explain the recruitment process ▲Recruitment information center where various Hyundai Motor recruitment information can be viewed.

Hyundai Motor introduced a predictable regular recruitment system starting from July last year. On the 1st of every odd-numbered month, recruitment announcements for new university graduates (including general positions, some research positions, and conversion-type interns) by department are posted on Hyundai Motor's recruitment website.
This recruitment method allows applicants to predict the recruitment timing and shortens the recruitment schedule compared to before. The online metaverse recruitment briefing sessions held concurrently with recruitment by Hyundai Motor are also receiving positive responses because they enable communication with current employees without time and space constraints.
A Hyundai Motor official said, "We will continue to conduct recruitment that considers applicants more carefully" and added, "We will discover differentiated recruitment content through continuous communication."
