At the session, CEO Jung presented Hyundai Wia’s vision within the future mobility industry. He promised to spare no human and material support to help the new employees grow into core talents in the mobility industry alongside Hyundai Wia. CEO Jung emphasized, "Our company’s vision is to supply parts, robots, and production solutions needed in the future mobility market," adding, "If you do your best where you belong, Hyundai Wia’s status in the global market can change."

CEO Jung asked the new employees to grow based on their strengths of 'ideas' and 'transparency.' He said, "The greatest strength of new employees is fresh ideas," encouraging them to actively share their opinions. He added, "No matter what work you do, working transparently and honestly is the foundation of trust."

During the session, CEO Jung also shared know-how he acquired over his 39 years of company life. He said, "Asking many questions is a virtue necessary for new employees," and explained, "If you communicate with seniors with doubts and curiosity about everything, you will learn and gain confidence."

Lastly, CEO Jung recommended a book for the new employees. The book he recommended is Turnaround by L. David Marquet, which tells the true story of a U.S. nuclear submarine captain. CEO Jung said, "In the book, the captain empowers the crew, and everyone overcomes crises together as 'leaders,'" adding, "I hope you, as new employees, also adopt the mindset of being leaders yourselves."

Hyundai Wia plans to strengthen support so that new employees can grow into talents leading the future mobility market. A Hyundai Wia official said, "We prepared this event to secure excellent talents and help them adapt well to the company," adding, "We will continue to strive to respond to the rapidly changing mobility market."
