According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, the public sale 'New:Home' supply 'Godeokgangil 3 Complex' (500 households) will start pre-subscription applications. Out of a total of 1,305 households across 17 buildings ranging from basement level 2 to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 49 to 59㎡, 500 households will be prioritized for supply.

The land is leased while only the building is owned, in a form called 'land leasehold housing.' Although the sale price is so affordable that it is called a 'half-price apartment,' monthly land lease fees must be paid to the public.
