Participation of Environmental Cleaners, Garbage Truck Drivers, and Related Workers
Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) held a workshop in Boryeong, Chungnam, three times from the 14th to the 22nd to strengthen communication skills and improve job performance for environmental guardians.

According to the county on the 24th, 108 participants, including sanitation workers, garbage truck drivers, and personnel in charge of environmental tasks, attended this workshop, which was organized to enhance understanding of county administration, strengthen bonds among members, provide emotional healing for workers involved in cleaning tasks, relieve job-related stress, and recharge mentally and physically.
The workshop attendees participated in educational programs such as communication skills, stress management, and music therapy, and enjoyed a healing exploration at Anmyeondo Arboretum, spending time relieving and healing the stress accumulated from their work.
A sanitation worker who participated in the workshop said, “It was a meaningful time to share information with employees from other departments doing the same work.”
Governor Kim San said, “We will continue to provide programs to strengthen job capabilities and healing programs for environmental workers to improve employee welfare and ensure higher quality cleaning services for residents.”
