‘Hillstate Pyeongtaek Hwayang,’ supplied by Hyundai Engineering, is conducting a raffle event for visitors at the model house that opened on Friday, the 24th.
Entry tickets are being distributed to visitors from the opening day on February 24th until the morning of the 26th, and the prize drawing ceremony is scheduled for the afternoon of the 26th (Sunday). Only one entry per person is allowed, and winners must present their winning ticket and ID to be recognized. If a winner is absent at the announcement time, a redraw will be conducted. Duplicate winnings are not permitted.
The raffle prizes for visitors include items that many would be interested in, such as portable tablets, TVs, hair stylers, and one don of gold.
Additionally, a ‘Registered Interested Customers’ event is also underway, offering prizes such as air purifiers, induction frying pan sets, ultrasonic humidifiers, and coffee coupons.
An official stated, “This event was organized so that more people can appreciate the value and vision of ‘Hillstate Pyeongtaek Hwayang.’ It is a new development site that drew large crowds at the project briefing, reflecting its popularity.”
In fact, the project briefing held earlier this month saw a large attendance of licensed real estate agents from southern Gyeonggi areas including Seoul, Suwon, Osan, Anseong, and Pyeongtaek, as well as nearby Cheonan. A site official commented, “We believe there will be significant demand for relocating old housing within Pyeongtaek.”
Meanwhile, the Hwayang district is a planned city known as the ‘final piece of West Pyeongtaek development.’ It is close to National Route 38, a key road in the metropolitan area, and offers convenient access to industrial complexes near Pyeongtaek Port and Anjung Station (planned), which is scheduled to be served by the KTX. Train travel to Seoul is expected to take about 30 minutes, and the area is anticipated to become a development axis alongside Godeok to the east and Hwayang to the west.
‘Hillstate Pyeongtaek Hwayang’ will be built in the Hwayang district of Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of 14 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 31 floors above ground, with a total of 1,571 households. By exclusive area, there are ▲149 units of 72㎡ ▲76 units of 76㎡ ▲929 units of 84㎡A ▲315 units of 84㎡B ▲102 units of 84㎡C. All units are medium to small-sized types under 84㎡, which are highly preferred by buyers, and are mainly oriented southward.
‘Hillstate Pyeongtaek Hwayang’ will be constructed in the ‘prime location’ within the Hwayang district, especially close to National Route 38. It offers easy commuting to major industrial complexes near Pyeongtaek Port such as Asan National Industrial Complex (Poseung District) and Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone, and is expected to have excellent external accessibility.
The residential environment is also excellent. A pleasant neighborhood park will be created right next to the complex, and elementary, middle, and high school sites planned to open in 2025 are all within walking distance. The central commercial area expected to attract heavy foot traffic, a general hospital (scheduled for 2025), and the Pyeongtaek City Hall Anjung Branch Office (scheduled for 2025) are all located about 1.5 km away in a straight line, maintaining a suitable distance.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on Monday, March 6th, followed by first-priority subscription applications on Tuesday, March 7th. Applications can be made through the Korea Real Estate Board’s ‘Subscription Home’ website, and the announcement of winners is scheduled for Tuesday, March 14th.
Adults who have held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months and meet the regional deposit requirement (2 million KRW for Pyeongtaek-si) can apply as first-priority subscribers nationwide. The first-priority quota is composed of 40% by point system and 60% by lottery system. Those who fail in the point system will automatically move to the lottery system without a separate application. In case of competition within the same rank, priority is given to those who have lived in Pyeongtaek-si for more than six months.
The contract terms are 10% down payment, 60% interim payment, and 30% balance payment. The down payment is set at a fixed amount of 10 million KRW (first installment), reducing the initial financial burden for buyers. In particular, interest-free benefits are provided for interim payment loans, significantly lowering the financial costs for contract holders.
