Boryeong's Largest Community of Approximately 400 Pyeong and Fully Equipped with Automatic Air Purification Ventilation System: Jeonse-Type Private Rental Apartment 'Boryeong Arni La Foret'

Recently, private rental apartments have been gaining popularity by offering community facilities comparable to those of luxury residential complexes.

Private rental apartments have enhanced residents' satisfaction by incorporating the brand construction expertise of private developers, providing various community facilities, specialized designs, and residential services. They are breaking away from the traditional image of rental apartments serving only as housing.

In particular, they have received high acclaim by introducing diverse community facilities tailored to lifestyles, such as golf courses, swimming pools, childcare and care services, and leisure and recreational facilities.

Private rental apartments equipped with specialized community facilities also show strong subscription results. For example, the long-term general private rental apartment "Hillstate DMC Station" located in the Eunpyeong-gu area of Seoul, which held its subscription in November last year, recorded an average competition rate of 17.7 to 1. The complex attracted attention for its excellent product value, featuring community facilities such as screen golf, fitness centers, and an imagination library.

Additionally, "Sucheong 1 District Hi&," launched in Dangjin City, Chungnam Province, in April last year, targeted couples with young children and recorded a high average competition rate of 161 to 1. The complex introduced various kid-focused spaces, including a kids caf?, family cinema, camping site, and an on-site daycare center, receiving positive responses.

Meanwhile, the 10-year private rental apartment "Boryeong Arni La Foret," located in Daecheon-dong, Boryeong City, Chungcheongnam-do, is scheduled for sale in March. The complex consists of six buildings ranging from three basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 411 units: 63 units of 59㎡A, 146 units of 59㎡B, 112 units of 76㎡, and 90 units of 84㎡.

"Boryeong Arni La Foret" plans to offer various community facilities within the complex, including a golf course, fitness center, hobby room, library, reading room, daycare center, and community center. Its specialized leisure and recreational facilities are rare in the region, drawing attention.

Moreover, amid serious environmental issues caused by yellow dust and fine dust, "Boryeong Arni La Foret" applies an automatic clean ventilation system to block fine dust, provides four system air conditioners with air purification functions free of charge, and offers electric cooktops safe from various harmful gases at no cost, presenting itself as an eco-friendly clean apartment.

The complex meets eco-friendly conditions that allow some units to enjoy pleasant views of nature and the sea. Additionally, unit designs can be selected according to family composition or lifestyle.

It also boasts excellent metropolitan transportation networks. With Daecheon Station, the comprehensive terminal, and Daecheon IC nearby, quick travel is possible, and highways such as the Boryeong-Boeun Expressway and the Jochiwon-Boryeong Line are under development. As a residential area backing Korean Midland Power and Boryeong Gwanchang General Industrial Complex, residents can enjoy a work-life balance with proximity to workplaces. Nearby schools such as Daegwan Elementary and Daecheon Girls' Middle School provide an excellent educational environment.

This complex is a private rental apartment where residents can live as if it were their own home for 10 years (renewable every two years). Those aged 19 or older and members of a household without a home can apply without a subscription savings account. After 10 years of residence, there is an opportunity to convert to ownership, providing a chance to own a home, and it is free from various real estate regulations based on the number of houses owned. Additionally, there are no acquisition or holding tax burdens, year-end tax deductions are available, and under the Private Rental Housing Special Act, transfer and resale are possible with the consent of the rental business operator.

A sales representative for "Boryeong Arni La Foret" stated, “Boryeong Arni La Foret is a complex with community facilities at the level of high-end residential products and specialized designs, so residents’ housing satisfaction is expected to be high. Also, with reasonable rent and the ability to live long-term as if it were their own home, it can be a new alternative for those hesitant to purchase a home due to high interest rates.”
