High1 Resort announced on the 23rd that it will conduct a special promotion offering discounted facility usage fees for local residents throughout March to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the main hotel’s opening.
The promotion targets residents of seven cities and counties in the abandoned mine area development district, including Jeongseon, Taebaek, Yeongwol, Samcheok, Mungyeong, Boryeong, and Hwasun, as well as nearby areas such as Gangwon Province, Chungju, Danyang, Jecheon, Bonghwa, Yeongju, Andong, and Uljin.
High1 offers up to 80% discounts on hotels and condos, up to 30% discounts on food and beverage outlets, and up to 70% discounts on leisure facilities such as Water World, sledding, and the tourist gondola.
Room reservations can be made at the High1 reservation office or front desk. When checking in, guests must present proof of address or identification to verify their residence. Discounts on food, beverage, and leisure facilities are available regardless of room stay, based on address verification.
