[Breaking] China Reports 7.2 Earthquake Near Tajikistan-China Border

At around 8:37 AM on the 23rd (local time), a magnitude 7.2 earthquake occurred in the border area between Tajikistan in Central Asia and China, according to the China Earthquake Network Center.

The epicenter is located at 37.98 degrees north latitude and 73.29 degrees east longitude, near the border area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China. The depth of the epicenter was reported to be 10 km.
