NCSoft Signs TL Global Publishing Agreement with Amazon Games

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] NCSoft announced on the 23rd that it has signed a global publishing agreement for the new massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) "THRONE AND LIBERTY (hereafter TL)" with Amazon Games.

Amazon Games has secured the global service rights for TL, including North America, South America, Europe, and Japan. NCSoft will directly service the Asian region, including Korea and Taiwan.

Choi Moon-young, Senior Development Manager (PDMO) at NCSoft, said, "Amazon Games is a trusted partner with outstanding global publishing capabilities in overseas localization, operations, and marketing," adding, "Together with Amazon Games, we will present the unique sensibility and experience of the next-generation flagship MMORPG that transcends national and language boundaries to users worldwide."

TL is a AAA-level MMORPG developed by NCSoft under the slogan "Play For All." Its features include ▲ a seamless world and dungeons that change according to weather and environment ▲ a narrative connecting the past, present, and future ▲ a 'free class' system where roles change based on user choices ▲ and a player-versus-player (PvP) system where users can choose whether to participate.
