As Part of the Local Win-Win Project
NS Home Shopping announced that from 10:40 PM on the 23rd, it will sell "Jeju Ppulsora Udon," containing Jeju Ppulsora and Udo Dolmiyeok, on NS Shop Plus. This product was planned as part of a local win-win project promoted by Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
Jeju Ppulsora Udon is the first premium udon in Korea to contain Jeju Ppulsora and Udo Dolmiyeok. It uses 100% wild Ppulsora, directly harvested and prepared by haenyeo divers in Jeju, characterized by its firm texture and chewy bite. Additionally, Udo Dolmiyeok, vacuum-packed immediately after washing, is added as a secondary ingredient, providing a diverse texture that differentiates it from dried seaweed.
The broth was newly developed by Chef Jeong Ho-young with a special secret recipe, and the noodles use frozen fresh noodles to maintain a chewy and springy texture even when cooked at home.
An NS Home Shopping official said, "We made the best udon taste using fresh ingredients from Jeju’s clean sea," adding, "We hope you enjoy the flavors of Jeju along with warm udon that goes well with chilly weather."
