[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] LG CNS is partnering with Adobe Korea to strengthen digital channels such as shopping platforms and social networking services (SNS).
LG CNS announced on the 23rd that it has signed a strategic business agreement with Adobe Korea. The two companies will collaborate to provide personalized experiences to consumers through digital channels such as customers' shopping platforms, SNS, and websites, and to assist customers with marketing automation.
The two companies plan to jointly apply and build optimized solutions for customers, as well as operate and provide technical support for digital channels in the future. LG CNS is the first domestic company to enter into an agreement to jointly promote business based on Adobe solutions.
LG CNS will collaborate with Adobe through three solutions: Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, and Adobe Commerce.
All three solutions are provided as cloud-based SaaS. SaaS is a subscription model where customers pay for the desired period by accessing the cloud, rather than owning the solution permanently.
Prior to the agreement, the two companies successfully completed digital channel automation for financial sector clients and built AR (augmented reality) and customer experience-based digital catalogs for manufacturing clients. Currently, they are building new global digital platforms for customers.
Hyun Shinkyun, CEO of LG CNS, emphasized, “Based on Adobe’s industry-leading solutions, we will seek better cooperation methods between the two companies to innovate customer value.”
